The first step to booking with Glam by Cam is getting your quote. To do this, you can contact us via the contact us tab! this is one of the most important steps to booking. It ensures that you are getting what you are wanting and gives you an exact price.
After you have received your quote and are ready to book, you will be sent a contract via email. This applies to weddings and photo shoots. Glam by Cam also requires a retainer to reserve your date. It is nonrefundable but it’s deducted from your total. You will also receive an invoice stating how much you have paid, how much is owed, the date, and the payment method you used. Once this step is completed, you’re officially in our books! 🎉
We use square invoicing, This means you’ll be able to use your regular debit or credit card to pay!
Glam by Cam does have service requirements to perform your service. For Saturday wedding bookings, there is a 6 service minimum (each hair/makeup service = 1 service. If you booked a package of hair and makeup = 2 services). Any parking fees are to be paid for by the client. This applies to all clients. if your artist is working for more than four hours a meal is to be provided for them. Please understand, that we may be on a timeline but we are also humans and may need a water break or bathroom break. If your artist drives more than 75 mil one-way to get to your location, a room is to be provided for them. Payment is due before your Artist leaves your location. all inspiration, look id eas, etc. should be discussed prior to the event date. This prevents any waste of time or confusion. Glam by Cam does provide a servicing schedule once your coordinator or you have figured out your timeline.
